I wanted to give you a brief, straightforward update on a few projects I’ve mentioned recently.

Some of you may have seen that Joe Coffin 7 and Ms Vengeance 4 were listed for preorder. I’ve decided to remove those release dates for now. The books themselves are not cancelled, but I don’t want to rush them or write them in a stop-start way just to hit a calendar deadline. When they return, it will be with firm dates and my full attention.

I also know I’ve been teasing the Le Grande Mystérieux stories. That series is very much alive, but I’ve chosen not to release it piecemeal. It’s something I want to return to properly, with consistency and care, rather than squeezing it in between other commitments.

At the moment, I’m focusing on building one new piece of work properly from the ground up, while continuing the teaching and school work many of you already know me for. This means fewer parallel projects, but stronger books in the long run.

You’ll still be hearing from me, just a little less frequently for a while. I’m not going anywhere, and I’m not slowing down — I’m simply redirecting my energy to do the work well.
